All new properties receive a suite of bins: FOGO, general waste and recycling, as well as a FOGO bin caddy.
Your new bin request will be processed during business hours Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 5 business days of your move in date.
To lodge this request, you must be the owner or managing agent of the property. If you are not the property owner, please attach written approval from the owner in the upload section of this form.
Once your bins have been delivered, place them on the inside of your property boundary as soon as possible.
