1. The bins must be presented by 6am on the applicable collection day and will be retrieved within 24 hours of collection
2. The bins will be presented for collection free of contamination and the receptacle lids will be shut, with the bin weighing less than 70 kilograms
3. Bin must be stored in a secured location that is not accessible to the public or other tenants in the property.
4. The City has the right to cease servicing of the business if the service has been deemed not suitable and/or able to be fully aligned with the residential service
5. The service will be automatically renewed at the start of each financial year with charges being applied to the rates notice
6. The City must be advised of changes to the business in relation to operations and ownership

7. This service is not entitled to Verge Valet services and businesses are required to ensure the disposal of all items not suitable to be placed in the kerbside bin system

8. By signing this form, you are confirming that the owners are aware and have agreed to having the charges for the microbusiness service added to their rates.

The City will provide approved stickers for your bins which will indicate the property number. This sticker must be applied and replaced if damaged.
