New for 2026: Wooden Poppy Option
This year, City of Vincent residents and community groups can also request decorative wooden poppies to display at home, school or within the community. Each wooden poppy stands approximately 35cm high and features a 14cm-wide flower. Wooden poppies are supplied blank and are ready to be painted and decorated by participants using their own paints and materials. To help us share the kits across the community, wooden poppies are limited to a maximum of 10 per household or community group.
You can request paper poppy-making kits, wooden poppies, or both when completing the registration form below.
A few things to know:
- Poppy‑making kits will be available to collect from the City’s Administration Building. Collection details will be provided once your registration is confirmed.
- Kits are limited and will be available until stocks run out, so get in early.
- Wooden poppies are available to City of Vincent residents and community groups only.
- Wooden poppies are limited to 10 per household or community group.
- Participants requesting wooden poppies will need to provide their own paint and decorating materials.
- If you would like your poppies included in the City display, please drop them off to the administration building by Friday 23 October 2026.
