Public parking
The City owns and/or manages 21 car parks, of which 11 attract a day-time and night-time fee.
When parking in a City of Vincent car park, remember:
- Please observe the signs for restrictions.
- Machines display the expiry time as payment is made.
- No refunds or change given.
- Machines accept Mastercard or Visa only.
- If a machine is faulty, use the next closest machine.
- Advise the City immediately of a faulty machine by phoning 9273 6000.
- Not all ticket machines accept card payments.
- All major car parks and some on-street parking are ticketless.
- EasyPark is available at all ticket machines by downloading the app.
- Newcastle Street car park has no ticketing machines - you MUST use the EasyPark app to pay for your parking.

- Loftus Centre, Leederville (no fee payable, but requires registration plate to be entered)

Monthly Parking Permits
