Each year, the City of Vincent supports small local businesses and property owners to create vibrant, welcoming neighbourhoods and town centres through our Business Enhancement Grants program.

This year, we’ve teamed up with design experts Brunsdon Studio to highlight how small changes can make a big impact on business success. From facade improvements to public art, their insights show how thoughtful, small-scale upgrades can deliver lasting benefits for both businesses and the wider community.

Through the program, we’re making it easier for local businesses to invest in improvements that boost street appeal, attract customers and create more inviting places for everyone.

The program includes matched funding of up to $5,000 available for eligible projects.

Applicants will be supported by a Place Planner, who will guide you through the process step by step.

Applications are open from Monday 1 September to Monday 13 October 2025.

This is a great opportunity to not only elevate your business but also contribute to building thriving and attractive local centres across Vincent.
