Car parks
The City owns and/or manages 20 car parks, of which 11 attract a daytime and night-time fee.
When parking in a City of Vincent carpark, remember:
- Please observe the signs for restrictions.
- Machines display the expiry time as payment is made.
- No refunds or change given.
- If a machine is faulty, use the next closest machine.
- Advise the City immediately of a faulty machine by phoning 9273 6000.
- All major carparks and some on-street parking are ticketless.
- EasyPark is also available at all ticket machines by downloading the app.
- Not all ticket machines accept card payments.

Ticket Parking 7am to Midnight, Mon - Sun ($1 for first hour) and then $3.30 per hour. Some bays time restricted ticket parking 7am to 7pm and some bays time restricted (no ticket required - refer to internal signs). 284 Parking Bays.

Ticket Parking 7am to Midnight, Mon – Sun (first hour free) and then $2.50 per hour to a maximum of $16 per day from 7am to 7pm. 47 Parking Bays.

Ticket Parking 7am to Midnight Mon – Sun (first hour free) and then $2.50 per hour to a maximum of $12 per day from 7am to 7pm. 156 Parking Bays.

The below listed carparks have introduced pay by plate ticket machines and are ticketless:

- Chelmsford Road Carpark, Mt Lawley
- Frame Court, Leederville
- Loftus Centre Carpark, Leederville (Non-fee payable, still requires registration plate to be entered)
- Raglan Road Carpark, Mt Lawley
- Rosemount Hotel Carpark, North Perth
- View Street Carpark, North Perth
- Wasley Street Carpark, North Perth

EasyPark
Motorists have the option of paying for parking via their phone at all City-operated carparks and ticket machine zones using EasyPark.

Monthly Parking Permits
