The City of Vincent intends to request the Minister for Transport, Planning and Lands to acquire as Crown land the private right of way situated between Charles and Walcott Streets, crossing Hilda Street and extending to Elma Street, North Perth. The private right of way is legally described as Lot 305 on Plan 28281, and being the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 2217 Folio 814.

The proposed acquisition will result in the right of way becoming unallocated Crown land. Subject to acquisition completion, Lot 305 on Plan 28281 will be reserved as a public right of way.
