Invitation to Comment - Lease of portion of Beatty Park Leisure Centre on Crown Reserve 884 (Lot 1618), 220 Vincent Street, Leederville to Hospitality Industry Service Providers Pty Ltd for a café.
In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises that it is considering a proposal to enter into a lease with Hospitality Industry Service Providers Pty Ltd on the following key terms:
- Term: Three years, plus two five year options.
- Lease Area: 131m – portion of Crown Reserve 884 (Lot 1618), 220 Vincent Street, Leederville, known as Beatty Park Leisure Centre.
- Rent: $22,984.00 pa plus GST (excluding outgoings). Market Valuation: $22,984.00 pa plus GST.
- Permitted Use: Operating a café to service Beatty Park Leisure Centre.
