Construction has begun on the northbound section of the new Loftus Street Bicycle Path and will continue until the end of the month. The junction of Richmond Street and Loftus Street will be partially closed between Wednesday 19 June and Friday 21 June as part of these works, meaning left and right turns from Loftus Street will not be possible. 

You will still be able to exit the Loftus Centre car park and Richmond Street as per normal.

The new bike lanes are jointly funded by the City of Vincent and the State Government, through the WA Bicycle Network Grants Scheme. The scheme aims to increase the safety of cyclists and improve cycling connections. To learn more click here.
