We’re pleased to share that the City of Vincent has won the WA Digital Community Award in Snap Send Solve’s 2026 Solver of the Year Awards. The awards highlight councils that provide fast, clear and consistent updates to their community. Our focus is on being open, responsive and easy to deal with.

Snap Send Solve has also released its Community Satisfaction Index in August 2025, based on over 200,000 real-time ratings and more than 13,000 survey responses. The index measures how councils are performing across service delivery, responsiveness, communication and overall satisfaction. The City of Vincent was recognised as one of the top performing councils in Western Australia, reflecting our commitment to great community service and ongoing improvement.
