Roadworks and events on City of Vincent roads or road reserves generally require a Traffic Management Plan (TMP).  

A TMP explains how traffic (cars, cyclists, pedestrians and public transport) will be managed during the works or event to ensure the safety of workers, road users and the general public.

Traffic management is legislated under State legislation. In Western Australia this is administered by Main Roads WA and by local governments that have an agreement with Main Roads WA.
