379-381 Beaufort Street and 12 Grant Street PERTH

Construction at Highgate Primary School, 379-381 Beaufort Street and 12 Grant Street is currently under way.

For Ausco Modular to work safely, they are required to submit a Traffic Management Plan for the proposed temporary road obstructions and closures.

The proposed development is an installation of two modular classrooms and one modular toilet block and associated fencing. The site will be secured using appropriate fences and hoardings, with access gates.

Access to the Highgate Primary School via Grant Street will still be available on the western side entry gate.

Ausco has applied for two Workzone permits for their contractor parking that has been relocated from Grant street, to the schools car parking access. Refer to the Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) below.
