Signage

Any persons wishing to erect or alter signage on a property are required to comply with the City of Vincent Policy 3.5.2 relating to Signs and Advertising. The policy can be found in the Planning & Building Policy Manual. Where the proposed signage complies with the policy and considered to be of a minor nature, it is exempt from Planning Approval.

Where signage fully complies with the policy, only a sign licence is required from Building Services. In cases in which proposed signage does not fully comply with all the requirements of this policy, an application for Development Approvals would be required, prior to a sign licence being issued. Where signage is not specified in the policy Planning Approval is required.
