EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Community Membership (2025–2027 Term)
Nominations are invited from City of Vincent residents and ratepayers to contribute to the City of Vincent’s decision-making by becoming a member of the Sustainability and Transport Advisory Group (STAG).
The group acknowledges the intrinsic connection between Vincent’s urban mobility and environmental outcomes. It provides input into matters such as the implementation of the Sustainable Environmental Strategy, Greening Plan, Bike Network Plan, and the development of the Integrated Transport Strategy.
Nomination Criteria
Nominations will be assessed against the following criteria:
- Sustainability - Qualifications, expertise or experience in environmental sustainability; carbon accounting; and/or climate adaptation.
- Transport – Qualifications, expertise or experience in transport planning, traffic engineering, road safety, active transport or accessibility.

Nominations
To nominate please provide a current copy of your resume and a summary to demonstrate your relevant qualifications, knowledge and experience in respect to the relevant Nomination Criteria. Nominations are to be submitted to [email protected].
Nominations close Friday, 10 October 2025 at 5.00pm.
What will happen next?
After the Expression of Interest period closes, nominations will be reviewed, and a report presented to Council for consideration.

Meetings
At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 12 December 2023, Council appointed Cr La Fontaine and Cr Wallace to the Sustainability and Transport Advisory Group for the period 12 December 2023 to 18 December 2025. Cr La Fontaine and Cr Wallace will co-Chair this group.
