The City of Vincent invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting of Electors (AGM) and Community Christmas BBQ on Tuesday, 16 December, at 7pm.

The meeting will be held at the City of Vincent Administration Building, 244 Vincent Street, Leederville.

The AGM provides an important opportunity for community members to share their views and feedback on how the City is performing and delivering projects that matter most to you.

Electors are welcome to raise items of general business relating to the City of Vincent. Any motions passed at the meeting will be referred to Council for consideration.

To help us prepare and provide informed responses, we encourage you to lodge any items or questions in writing by 12 December via email to [email protected], using the subject line “Electors Meeting – Item / Question.”

A copy of the 2024/25 Annual Report is available here. Electors will be asked to vote to receive the report as part of the meeting proceedings.

Before the meeting, join us for a free community barbecue from 6 pm outside the Administration Building.

This is a great opportunity to meet your Mayor and Councillors, chat with City staff, and learn more about what’s happening across Vincent in a relaxed, informal setting.

Representatives from all departments will be available to answer your questions and provide updates on key projects.
