Construction for the Celsius development at 367-373 Fitzgerald Street and 103 Alma Road, North Perth is currently under way. This development is bounded by Fitzgerald Street, Alma Rd, Raglan Rd and ROW .49.
In order for ATLAS Building to safely construct the Celsius Development they are required to submit Traffic Management Plans for proposed temporary road obstructions and closures to facilitate Concrete trucks, Cranes, loading and unloading zones.
Two obstruction permits have been approved allowing ATLAS Building to safely deliver the project:
