The City of Vincent is replacing the Throssell Street play space in Hyde Park and is looking for people to be part of a Community Reference Group.
Working with the Parks team, this volunteer reference group will help shape the development of design options for the play space.
For the community positions, we would especially like to hear from people who regularly use, or have a strong interest in, or connection to, Hyde Park.
We are also looking for volunteers with professional expertise across the following areas:
- Landscape architecture
- Playground design
- Disability access and inclusion
- Aboriginal Heritage of the site or State Heritage of the site
This project is part of the City's playground renewal program and will be funded through the 2026/27 Capital Works Budget.
