I moved into the City of Vincent since 1994 where I have raised my family and been part of the community. I believe that local government should listen to its community to ensure decisions are made in their interest, which requires broad consultation and effective communication.

Good governance requires councillor's to be avid listeners and lateral thinkers, basing their decisions on a thorough understanding of the issues which is informed through evidence. They must have the financial and business acumen to understand the strategic implications of decisions and communicate those directions effectively with their electorate.

Councillors should have the necessary skills, experience, and vision to drive improvement. I believe in creating a future for the residents in the City of Vincent that will encourage and enrich them through setting a clear direction, making sound decisions, ensuring there is accountability and effective communication.
