The City of Vincent has accepted an offer to purchase 150 Charles Street, West Perth, for purchase price of $208,000, subject to the City providing public notice of the sale.

At the Ordinary Meeting of Council on 20 October 2020 (Item 12.3), Council resolved to accept an offer to purchase 150 Charles Street. The property was advertised publicly between 10 August 2020 and 31 August 2020.

150 Charles Street, West Perth located at the corner of Charles and Cowle Streets, is vacant land featuring a number of small shrubs and trees. Details are as follows:

Property:             150 Charles Street, West Perth (Lot 12 on Plan 1151 Certificate of Title Volume 1176 Folio 497);

Seller:                  City of Vincent;

Buyer:                  Myfanwy Zrinski, as guardian for a dependant;

Purchase Price:  $208,000; and

Market valuation: $225,000.
