The City of Vincent Administration Building will be closed over the holidays from 5pm Tuesday, 23 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
The holiday period operating hours for each of our services and facilities are listed below.

Beatty Park Leisure Centre
Closed Christmas Day but open on Boxing Day and New Years Day. Please note, reduced opening hours throughout the holiday period.

Important information:
Building applications
To ensure your application is processed before the Christmas shutdown, all submissions must be lodged no later than Friday, 19 December 2025.
Applications received after this date will not be reviewed until the new year, when the Administration Building office reopens on Monday, 5 January 2026.
We recommend planning your submissions accordingly to avoid any delays to your projects.
Council recess
Council will be in recess during this time and will reconvene in February 2026 with the first Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 10 February 2026.
Rangers
Our Rangers will continue to operate every day except for Christmas Day, Thursday, 25 December. Rangers can be contacted on 9273 6000.
Bin collection
Bins are being emptied a day later than usual over the holiday period. Check the Christmas and New Year's waste collection schedule here.
After hours service
If your matter is urgent, please call 9273 6000 and your call will be answered by our after-hours service.
