Through the Safer Vincent program, the City of Vincent is pleased to offer a free solar power sensor light to businesses and residents who may have been victims of anti-social or criminal behaviour in or adjacent to their homes or premises within Vincent, or who are susceptible to crime.

The lights are provided with a mounting bracket for self-installation by the recipient at their own cost and risk. Installation of the light is relatively easy, with full instructions provided and no hard wiring required.

Combined with other crime prevention strategies, the lighting can assist in providing a sense of safety and peace of mind by acting as a deterrent to intruders and trespassers.
