Proposed land transfer - Mount Hawthorn Rights of Way

The City intends to request the Minister for Lands to acquire as Crown land seven private rights of way located between Matlock, Fairfield and Green Streets and Scarborough Beach Road, Mount Hawthorn.

The rights of way are described as:

  • Lot 350 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 2740 Folio 101,
  • Lot 351 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 1976 Folio 293,
  • Lot 352 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 1976 Folio 293,
  • Lot 353 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 2740 Folio 102,
  • Lot 354 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 2740 Folio 103,
  • Lot 355 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 2740 Folio 104,
  • Lot 356 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 2740 Folio 105, and
  • Lot 357 on Plan 2503, Certificate of Title Volume 2740 Folio 106.

The proposed acquisitions will result in the rights of way becoming unallocated Crown land. Subject to acquisition completion, the acquisitions will be reserved as public rights of way.
