Chat Vincent with us. Join City staff and Councillors for a BBQ and conversation about all things Vincent ahead of our Annual General Meeting of Electors (AGM) on Thursday 1 February.
Everyone in the Vincent community is welcome to come along, enjoy a free sausage sizzle and talk to our team in an informal setting. Staff from all departments, including Engineering, Waste, Planning and Parks will be available to chat.
The BBQ will be held in the grounds of the Administration Building from 5.30pm on Thursday, 1 February 2024.
Representatives from Western Power will be on hand to answer questions about the Vincent Underground Power Program.
Please RSVP by by Thursday 25 January if you plan to attend the BBQ so we can cater for you.
The informal community BBQ will be followed by the AGM, which will start at 7pm in the Council Chambers.
The AGM is a chance for all members of the community to have their say and provide feedback on how they think the City is delivering on the projects that are important to them.
Electors are invited to raise items of general business to be discussed relating to the City of Vincent. Any motion passed at the meeting is to be considered by Council.
To allow matters to be properly researched and answered, items or questions to be raised can be lodged in writing by Monday 29 January 2024 to governance@vincent.wa.gov.au titled “Electors Meeting – Item / Question”.
Electors will vote to receive the Annual Report as part of the meeting.
