Delegated Authority Report - 17 January 2019

During the Council recess period (12 December 2018 - 28 January 2019), the CEO is delegated the power to deal with additional items of business ordinarily requiring a Council decision, provided Council members have the opportunity to call in the items for discussion at the 5 February 2019 Council Meeting.

The below report dated 17 January 2019 details the proposed appointment of the successful tenderer for the design, supply and installation of Rooftop Photovoltaic Systems (No. 560/18). If no requests are received from Council members to call in the item before close of business Tuesday 22 January, a decision will be made by the CEO under delegated authority.
