Waterwise Irrigation Workshop
Join us for a free workshop on waterwise irrigation for your garden!
This series of workshops is proudly sponsored by the Water Corporation and will be presented by horticultural experts from South West Metropolitan TAFE.
Did you know?
Over 40% of household water is used outdoors, so our gardens are great places to start looking at where we can make water savings. Ensuring you are watering to best suit the needs of your garden and lawn, without wasting water can result in big savings.
What will this workshop include?

- Creating hydrozones in the garden
- How long you need to water
- How to test your sprinkler application rates
- How to use seasonal adjustment settings
- When you can water
- How to know if your irrigation is working properly
- What are exemptions
- Where you can get assistance
