Nandi is an award winning poet, teacher, research consultant and environmental activist with a special interest in cultural and ecological histories.

Nandi uses mindfulness and meditation, slow walking and immersion in nature to facilitate creative writing.

Her poetry publications include: Swamp; walking the wetlands of the Swan Coastal Plain (Fremantle Press, 2014) and The Future Keepers, (Fremantle Press, 2019).

Join poet and researcher Dr Nandi Chinna on a stroll through Robertson Park and Hyde Park to experience her site specific poetry and learn about the history of wetlands in the area.
