As part of the Vincent Youth Series we will be hosting a free Mental Health Presentation facilitated by Youth Focus Clinical Psychologist Chris Harris. Mental Health has been identified by City of Vincent Youth (Vincent Youth Committee) as an critical topic with an emphasis on further education on the subject.

This workshop will run for one hour and will help educate individuals on the importance of Mental Health & Wellbeing. This informational workshop will provide tools which can assist in Positive Mental Health & Suicide Prevention. This presentation will cater to young people aged 14-25.
