Trans Pride Picnic
November is a month to celebrate all things queer! In the absence of a parade this year, we invite the trans community, friends, allies, and other members of the LGBTQI+ community to join us for a gentle picnic at Hyde Park on 28 November.
This has been a challenging year for many, so it is important to reconnect in-person, safely, to acknowledge how we have supported each other as a community through 2020 and to celebrate our strength and bravery
We will provide some shade, water, and a crafting activity.
Please bring blankets or seating if you wish. We also encourage you to bring food and drinks for yourself or to share.
What: TransFolk of WA Pride Picnic
When: 28 November, 1.30-5.30pm
Where: Hyde Park – Glendower St side, near the eastern access ramp.
Bring: as desired - blankets, chairs, food, drinks.
