Mindfulness & Sound Bath Youth Workshop
An afternoon of mindfulness and sound bath presented by Emora Suara, hosted by YHQ.
What is a sound bath meditation?
A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It involves instruments, like crystal bowls, which create resonance and vibrations that ‘bathe’ people in sound.
What are the benefits?
Reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, and increased focus and clarity. Emerging research suggests sound therapy may lower stress hormones, improve mood, and reduce pain.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided but please feel free to bring your own.
This free workshop is for young people aged 15-25 years old.
