Forward Bound
Paper Mountain's is taking exhibitions out of our space and bringing them to YOU with an engaging and thought-provoking program of new creative works by early career artists. They're intervening accessible art spaces and local businesses within the City of Vincent, evoking curiosity and inviting everyone to look, touch, play and create.
They have a series of four events you can get involved in:
Event 1 : (best) friend poop portraits with Jolina
Join Jolina (Artists Alina Tang and Johanna Acs) for their favourite friendship past times: poop talk, crafting, and best friend photoshoots at Pig Melon on the 16th of February 2020

Event 2 : Nidja Tuart, marlap Wuruk (Here Tuart, there Salmon Gum) by Yabini (Yaah-bn-ee) Kickett
An art exhibition and exploration into country from the lived and intergeneratational experiences of artist Yabini Kickett, bone, feather, ochre and stitch at Art Framers Perth in Mount Lawley from the 25th till the 29th of February 2020. Closing event to take place on the 28th of February from 6pm -8pm

Event 3 : Interwoven: Banksia by Leah Vlatko and Ash Frost
A collaborative exhibition and workshop that shares responses to banksias through textiles and illustrations. Grounded in place and friendship, the works are interactive and ask you to respond to your own love of banksia at The Art Garage 191 from the 14th till the 19th of April 2020. Closing event to take place on the 17th of April from 6pm - 8pm. Workshop and artist talks on the 18th of April 10am - 4pm.
Event 4 : Xerox Days Zine Fair vol. 3 by Natalie Blom
Bringing together some of the greatest zine makers and self published legends, Xerox Days brings together the publications you didn't know you needed. Taking place at the North Perth Town Hall on the 16th of May 2020
