Better Strength and Balance
Physical activity is proven to help maintain muscle and strength, increase endurance and improve gait, balance and mood, making it one of the best ways to prevent falls.
Following the initial Stay on Your Feet information session, a five week Stay on Your Feet program will be facilitated by a qualified physiotherapist.
Participants will learn exercises and activities to help maintain and improve strength, balance and gait, and how they can incorporate simple exercises into everyday life.
Following the sessions join us for morning tea.
This program is open to City of Vincent Residents only.
