• Have fun with Art Jam's range of mixed media, such as oil pastels, watercolour, beads, stamps, stickers, posca pens, ink markers and washi tape
• Learn about creative self-care and how to express yourself artistically
• Set goals for your year ahead, or just let your inner artist run wild
• Improve or learn new art skills and explore strategies to improve your wellbeing in 2024
• All skill levels are welcome and catered for - you do not need to have any previous art experience

This workshop is for young people aged between 15 to 25 years old.
