Fraud, Corruption and Code of Conduct Complaints

The purpose of the Complaints Form is for our community, employees, contractors and visitors to raise Code of Conduct breaches, allegations of fraud and corruption, and concerns relating to Public Interest Disclosure.  The City takes all complaints seriously and will respond and investigate promptly, empathetically and fairly. 

Raising concerns can be made anonymously.  All submitted complaint form submissions will be delivered to the City’s Pubic Interest Disclosure Officers (PID Officers) to investigate. The City’s PID Officers and contact details can be found on the Public Interest Disclosure web page.

Code of Conduct – Dealing with Complaints and Allegations Clause 9.3(iv) states: “Any person who has lodged a complaint or any Council Member or employee against whom a complaint has been made, must keep confidential the complaint until the complaint has been determined or finalised.”
