The City of Vincent is reviewing its existing Policy No 7.5.23 Construction Management Plans and is seeking community feedback on the proposed changes.

Vincent is experiencing significant development pressure as it continues to grow and therefore it is important to address how construction and demolition activities are managed.

The new Policy is being expanded to apply to all construction and demolition works on private property within the City and to establish standards that should be met to mitigate impacts to the community and environment.

In May 2025 Council approved the draft Local Planning Policy: Construction Management for the purpose of community consultation.
