COUNCIL MEETING DATES

Council Meetings are held in the City of Vincent Civic Centre. 

No action should be taken on any item discussed at a Council Meeting prior to written advice on the resolution of Council being received.

*Note: the Annual General Meeting of Electors is scheduled to be held on 31 January at 6:00pm, followed by the Council Briefing Session.

Viewing of Council Agendas

Agendas are available for viewing on the Agenda & Minutes page or at the front counter of the Administration & Civic Centre or the Library & Local History Centre from the Wednesday afternoon preceding the meeting. 

Council Meetings - Public Question Time

All meetings are open to the public.  Question Time will commence at approximately 6.00pm, when members of the public are welcome to ask questions or address Council on an item contained in the Agenda or any matter concerning the City of Vincent.  When requested by the Presiding Member, any questions relating to matters not listed on the Agenda are to be put in writing and will be read by the CEO.

Briefing Sessions

Briefing Sessions are open to the public (except where matters of a confidential nature are discussed). Confidential Items will be clearly identified.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and make statements.

Parking and Further Enquiries
