COVID-19 Digital Certificate Access
Join us for an information session by Technologically Speaking on how to access your COVID-19 Digital Certificate followed by one-on-one help to access your certificate on your own device.
Supported by Public Libraries Western Australia.
What to bring with you:
- Your mobile device
- Your myGov login details (to sign up for myGov you will need to provide an email address and mobile phone number)
- Your Medicare card
- Your bank account details of the account linked to your Medicare card (BSB and account number)
- The postcode of your last GP doctor appointment.
If you do not have access to email or a mobile device, please visit your doctor for a printed copy of your certificate or call 1800 653 809 to have a copy to mailed to you within 14 days.
