The City of Vincent is committed to preserving our built environment.

Existing Planning Design Guidelines aim to retain and conserve existing dwellings and are being reviewed to ensure they are consistent with the current planning framework.

We are currently seeking community feedback on:

• Draft Local Planning Policy: Brookman and Moir Streets Heritage Area
• Draft Local Planning Policy: Lacey Street Character Area
• Deletion of Appendices 3, 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 of the Design Guidelines

There is also a minor amendment to the Community and Stakeholder Engagement Policy, separating requirements for both Character and Heritage consultations.
