Notice is hereby given of the proposed amendments to the Purchasing Policy, which was approved by City of Vincent Council at its meeting 4 April 2023.

The substantive changes to the policy are as follows:

• Amending the purchasing thresholds.
• Amending the required number of quotations for preferred supplier panels.
• Amending the Contract Management Framework threshold for the requirement of a formal contract.
• Separating and amending the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Disability Enterprise principles.
• Amending the procurement exemptions.
