The City is reviewing Local Planning Policy No. 7.7.1- Non-Residential Development Parking Requirements. We’re seeking community feedback on the draft Payment-in-lieu Parking Plan.
The Plan governs the application of payment-in-lieu of providing car parking for development in the City.
It outlines the purposes for which these funds would be used and how money collected would be administered.
