Notice is hereby given that, as per Western Australian Government Gazette dated 17 February 2023, the above Scheme Amendment has been considered and endorsed by the Minister of Planning. 

The Amendment reclassifies a portion of lot 37 (No. 26) Brentham Street Leederville currently reserved for 'Public Open Space - Restricted' to 'Residential' zone, with a density of R60.
