Beatty Park Leisure Centre has gone from strength to strength in breaking visitor and swim school enrolment records this year.

The centre has reached a huge milestone of one million visits in the 2022/2023 financial year for the first time in its 61-year history.

This toppled last financial year’s record of 996,000 visits.

To celebrate the milestone, the centre is giving away a $2000 e-bike voucher.

Meanwhile, the Beatty Park Swim School, which has been running for more than 31 years, currently teaches a record number of 2800 students.

The swim school runs various programs for children, adults, refugees and people with a disability and special needs.
