Council adopted the new Local Planning Policy: Restricted Premises- Smoking at its meeting on 13 December 2022.

This Policy restricts the operation and location of businesses whose primary purpose is the sale of tobacco and smoking-related implements, or the consumption of tobacco and related products on site.
