The Principal Shared Path (PSP) located along the eastern side of Mitchell Freeway between Vincent Street and Loftus Street will be widened and upgraded by Main Roads.
Upgrades involves removal of the existing seal and kerbing, pavement reconstruction, laying of new asphalt and kerbing.
Work is scheduled to commence Monday, 10 July and will take approximately eight weeks.
A detour will be place for the PSP traffic via the existing path on the eastern side of Leederville Parade.
The majority of the work will occur during daytime for activities not affecting the road.
Due to traffic volumes on Leederville Parade, some night works will be required between 8pm – 5am.
The work will generate some noise which will be mitigated as much as possible.
