Procedure for Public Question Time - Changes due to COVID-19

If you would like to raise a question or make a statement at a Council Briefing or Meeting, please email it to governance@vincent.wa.gov.au by 3pm on the day of the Briefing/Meeting. Please include your full name and suburb in your email. Your question will be read out and responded to, as appropriate, during public question time.

Recording of Council Meetings

All Ordinary and Special Council Meetings are electronically recorded except when the Council resolves to go behind closed doors. All recordings are retained as part of the City's records in accordance with the General Disposal Authority for Local Government Records produced by the Public Records Office Live streaming of eMeetings is available on the City’s website at http://webcast.vincent.wa.gov.au/. A recording of the meeting will also be available to view at  http://webcast.vincent.wa.gov.au/ within 48 hours of the meeting.

Disclosure of Interests in Meetings

The Local Government Act 1995 (the Act) places specific obligations on elected members, local government employees and other persons involved in making decisions or giving advice on Council matters. Disclosures must be made by completing the PDF fillable forms below:

Completed disclosures must be emailed to governance@vincent.wa.gov.au by 3pm on the day of the Council proceeding (or by midday for Audit Committee meetings).
