We are pleased to announce the Braithwaite Park toilet upgrade is now complete and the toilets are open.
The idea for the toilet upgrade came from 2016 community budget submissions made by Councillor Alex Castle on behalf of the Mount Hawthorn Hub and Scott Yelland from the Mount Hawthorn Primary P&C.
The upgraded toilets meet increased demand and suit their location in our popular adventure play area. The improvements include better access for people with a disability, kid sized toilets and washstands and baby change facilities in both the men’s and women’s toilets.
Accompanying the upgrades is a new mural on the side of the toilets by Bunbury based artist Andrew Fraser, commissioned as part of the City's mural arts program.
