Everyone who owns property in the City of Vincent is required to pay rates. We issue rate notices around July or August each year.

Council rates are calculated by working out the total cost of essential services and the operating requirements of the City, and setting a rate in the dollar to work out your individual annual rates. Each ratepayer pays a proportionate share depending on the Gross Rental Value of their property.
