We collect information from you when you submit a form on this website. This includes your email address and additional demographic information as provided by you on the registration form.

Please note you are able to browse any publicly accessible sections of this website completely anonymously without signing up.

The information is collected in one or more of these ways:

  • Through disclosure of such information by you through our website. This includes submitting a form/permit, subscriptions to our monthly communication, signing up to the Library’s Online Membership, applying for grants, planning/building applications etc.
  • Over the phone to City staff
