Business Enhancement Grants

Small business owners looking for funding support can now apply for the City of Vincent’s first-ever Business Enhancement Grants program.

Vincent has developed the program to support business and property owners to make small-scale incremental improvements that enhance the street appeal, presentation and functionality of its neighbourhoods and town centres.

Some examples of enhancements include facade upgrades such as painting and structural repair, landscaping, alfresco dining, public art, branding and window improvements.

Interested applicants will need to organise a chat with a City of Vincent Place Planner, who is responsible for activating town centres through urban design and placemaking, before applying.

Grants of up to $5000 are available. Applicants will need to match Vincent’s grant amount in order to be eligible.

Applications will be open between Monday 23 October and Friday 24 November 2023.
