- Indoor function space with smaller undercover outdoor area overlooking Woodville Reserve and playground.
- Large change rooms and internal toilets.
- Kitchenette with oven, stovetop, microwave, urn and fridge.
- Preset air-conditioning (no heating).
- Barbecue and fully-fenced playground within Woodville Reserve.
Opening hours
Woodville Reserve Pavilion is available for hire during the following hours:
- Sunday to Thursday: 7am - 10pm.
- Friday and Saturday: 7am - midnight.
Capacity
Maximum 50 people.
Parking
Limited carpark and street parking is available and may also be used by visitors of Woodville Reserve.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, Woodville Reserve Pavilion does not have disability access. The pavilion is accessed via a small set of stairs and there are no disabled toilets.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted inside the pavilion, however Woodville Reserve is an approved dog exercise area.
Dogs are allowed off-leash unless the reserve is being used for an approved activity such as club sports and community events.

Woodville Reserve Pavilion is available for hire via our online booking system, Spacetoco.
Woodville Reserve is also available for separate hire if you wish to use both the sportsground and the pavilion.
