Community Support Grants

The City of Vincent is offering Community Support Grants up to $6317 for programs that work to build a strong and resilient community as well as addressing key issues affecting residents within the City.

The Key Focus Area for the 2016/2017 funding round is for support services offered with the purpose of empowering residents within the City of Vincent to improve their quality of life, particularly those experiencing difficulty. The City of Vincent’s Community Support Grant program encourages a collaborative approach to providing services to those in need within the community.

The Community Support Grants have two main focus areas for this round of funding. These are:

Empowerment and Education - programs that provide opportunities and tools which develop positive values that harvest healthy lifestyles and a positive contribution to the City of Vincent community; and

Outreach and Support - programs that support residents who are experiencing difficulty through support services to build capacity to improve quality of life.
